Beyond Traditional PT
After beginning her career in orthopedic, hippotherapy and aquatic therapy, Tara pursued intensive mentorship in postural restoration (2010) and advanced her expertise in neurology, biomechanics, respiration, and spine rehabilitation—at levels previously unseen in Idaho.
Built for the Outdoors
An avid outdoor and equine enthusiast, Tara founded Idaho Physical Rehabilitation and Altitude Wellness in McCall to serve the active mountain community. Her programs integrate medical exercise specialists, nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, and Pilates instructors—ensuring patients thrive long after PT ends.
